KEYWORD OPTIMIZATION - VERY IMPORTANT

What Is Keyword Research All About?

Keyword research is a system that professionals used to find out and research real search terms people are looking for when they visit the search engine to look for anything on the net. Through keyword research, we will be able to know which keywords worth is more and which keywords do not. Good keywords can bring us many visitors and make our blog to rank high in Google. This means more traffic to our blog.
Pick a Niche for Your Blog/Website

The first step in starting a blog is to pick a niche. Amazon most popular products, Google Trends, Yahoo buzz, eBay top selling items, anything that is HOT will give the idea of how you can do this.
After you have picked your niche, you can proceed to do the keywords research.
Keyword Research Tools
You can use tools lie Google Ad word s program’s keyword tool to do some keyword research. The Google tool can be found here - https: //adwords.google.com/select /KeywordToolExternal
From what l have said here you already have an idea of what to do in your keyword research. However, for money making bloggers, there are other easy ways to detect what keywords people are presently typing into search engines and how much advertisers are bidding on these keywords.
One day, I was reading Success Digest Extra and I came across this article by Simon Uzoma on how to know the popularity of a particular niche. I tried it and it really worked for me. These are the steps he outlined in his article:

1. Go to google.com
2. Type “your niche” on the search bar
3. Copy this secret code: site: ezinearticles.com “This article has been viewed 2000..199999” “Article Submitted on: **,2010. For instance, microphone: site:ezinearticles.com “This article has been viewed 2000..199999” “Article Submitted on: **,2010
4. Click on search.
You are going to notice something super-awesome in the results: Topics that are grabbing thousands of eyeballs! This method is so powerful because it allows you to see firsthand what topics are traffic magnets…so you can “clone & Profit”. Pay close attention to the Title tag and Description Tag... you will see how many times people have viewed a particular article and this will give you the idea of what is hot. Now, let me talk about other keyword optimization techniques:
1. How do advertisers select blogs?
Experience has shown that advertiser bids on keywords. And they seek to get the right to have their ads display on sites with these keywords. For instance, computer manufacturer would like their ads displayed on a website that discusses the latest computers available.

2. How does Adsense decide which blogs to send the ads to?
Advertisers can choose to either advertise on a particular blog/websites or to advertise on different kinds of websites. For example, fashion sites are determined by Adsense when they see the keywords contained in your site.

3. Why will some ads pay me more than others?
Bloggers are paid a fraction of the profit paid to Adsense by the person whose bid is higher than the others. Google Adsense pays you when there are clicks on their advertisement in your blog while Affiliate Networks pays you when you have signups on their offers. There are many factors that influences how much advertisers end up paying for ad places. This includes number of competition in their field and the demand on their products and the value of product that was sold.

4. How do I find out the most popular keywords?
I have mentioned this above but you can also expand your research to Google AdWords in other to choose a profitable niche topic; preferably, your key words should be able to make you at least 50c per click.
